What are your certifications and qualifications as a holistic health coach?
I received my certification in May 2022 from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I completed a year-long program. Additionally, I hold a specialization certification in gut health from IIN, allowing me to provide targeted guidance in this important area.

How long have you been coaching, and what types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve been coaching since 2021, shortly after graduating from my program. I have had the privilege of working with clients from all over the country, primarily focusing on helping busy women learn how to prioritize their health amidst their demanding lives.

Do you specialize in certain health concerns?
Yes! I specialize in helping clients address a variety of health concerns, including weight loss, building sustainable healthy eating habits, stress management, and improving overall mental health—integrating movement and mindfulness practices. My approach emphasizes practical strategies like planning and prepping nourishing meals, incorporating consistent physical activity, and embracing holistic wellness practices to enhance your overall well-being

What does a typical coaching session with you look like?
In a typical coaching session, we’ll begin by discussing your current challenges, goals, and any progress you’ve made since our last meeting. I’ll guide you through personalized strategies tailored to your needs, incorporating various holistic practices. We’ll explore actionable steps you can take and ensure you leave with clarity and motivation to move forward.

How long do your programs last, and how often will we meet?
My coaching programs are designed to deliver lasting results, typically spanning 90 days. For those looking for a shorter commitment, I also offer a 30-day program to help you kickstart your health journey. During our time together, we’ll meet regularly—either weekly or bi-weekly—to keep you motivated, reassess your goals, and tailor our strategies to meet your evolving needs. You’ll have the option to add more sessions as you progress, ensuring you receive the ongoing support that best suits your journey.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions, or a mix of both?
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions (only in the Chicago area) to accommodate your preferences and lifestyle. Whether we meet online or face-to-face, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable and empowered to share your journey.

How do you adapt your coaching if my goals or circumstances change?
I understand that life is dynamic, and your goals or circumstances may evolve over time. I encourage transparency, so if you find that your priorities shift or new challenges arise, we’ll reassess and adjust your coaching topics and sessions accordingly.
